About Aleix Espargaro
Aleix Espargaro VillĂ is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle road racer who was born on July 30, 1989. Formerly the 2004 FIM CEV 125cc International Champion for Spain, he is presently a MotoGP rider for the Aprilia Racing squad.
Granollers is where Aleix Espargaro was born in Spain. With Forward Yamaha finishing seventh in the championship and a standout second-place performance in Aragon, EspargarĂł made his breakthrough in the 2014 MotoGP season. He was able to join the Factory Suzuki Team in 2015 as a result. He moved to the Aprilia Racing Team Gresini in 2017.
With one victory, two podiums at Circuito del Jarama, and 88 total points in the 125 cc class, he won the 2004 Spanish FIM CEV International Championship.Â
Aleix Espargaro switched from the 125cc class to the 250cc class for Grand Prix Motorcycle World Championship racing in the middle of the 2006 season. Following Sebastian Porto's retirement, EspargarĂł took over for Martin Cardenas, who had been succeeded by Porto.
EspargarĂł received a contract from the Italian Campetella Racing team for 2009, but they pulled out, leaving him without a permanent seat. However, he made two stand-in outings for the Balatonring Team at Assen and Sachsenring. He served as a Moto2 development rider in addition.
